i hate comcast
comcast: your wait time is aprox. 3 mins.
5 mins later….
comcast: you’re call is important to us…please wait while… blah blah blah
another 5 mins go by…
comcast: your call is important to us….
after 13 mins i finally get through! tell dude what the problem is…
comcast: can you read me the number on the box that starts with the letter “P” like “Peter”
me: …….okay.. 027349823
comcast: no…thats not right…
me: ……..
after we figure that out….
comcast: okay, unplugged the cable from the cable in and plug that into the tv
me: ……..where….do i plug it in on the tv?
comcast: hahahaha
me thinking to myself: “what?! this is a serious question!”
later on….
me: theres still no picture
comcast: okay….you need to unplug the plug from cable in and plug it to tv in and then you connect the other cable to the cable outlet and then to the tv and blah blah blah
me: what? can you repeat that?
comcast: okay…blah blah blah
me: i’m sorry…what?
a long time later…..
comcast: so is the light blinking once or twice before a pause
me: what do you mean….there is no pause…
comcast: does it go like blink or blinkblink
couple mins later….
me: THE PICTURES BACK!!!
comcast: YAYYYYYYYYY!!!!!!
total time on the phone with comcast….57 mins!! FIFTY FREAKING SEVEN MINS!! and i HATE talking on the phone!! and the dude just kept laughing at me! like…i REALLY had no idea what he was talking about and he just found it sooooooo hilarious T__T. and he really did cheer with me at the end. I was so tired by the end of it i forgot i wanted to complain and ask for some type of free service. LE SIGH.
